Sometimes you need to see an item in person to determine if it's right for you, we understand. At Italian Watch Spotter we want to make this process as simple as possible. All items, in original condition and not damaged during testing, can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on the payment method used during purchase or on a specific payment method agreed upon together.
Items must be returned with all original packaging and documents. In the event that the original packaging is not usable, it will be your duty to pack the object in such a way as to guarantee its safety during transport. The cost of return shipping must be borne by you. The return procedure must be started within fourteen days of delivery of the goods. It will therefore be your obligation to send the goods to the same sender indicated in our shipment, within fourteen days of starting the return procedure. If merchandise is shipped outside the specified return window, a re-inspection fee of 10 percent of the value, up to €300.00, will be charged.
